Excellent service from beginning to end, from the customer service over the phone to the service visit in home. I called cool Guys with hopes that through this weather Chris could come out and assist us in finding out why our Heater is blowing out cold air. Through this Unsafe weather he drove to us to figure out the problem and then came back the next day to fix it. Our control board needed to be replaced. Now we are warm and have heat. Tysm Cool Guys, we appreciate y'all caring so much about your customers, and fixing our issue so smoothly even when it was unsafe to drive, so that my family could have Heat. God Bless your heart!! Excellent service with these guys. Chris came out on Christmas Eve, of all nights. He even waited in front of my house until we got back from church. No one would do a thing like that for an AC. Anyways. He checked my system and found the problem. He gave me multiple options on a path forward so I decided on purchasing a new system. Today the installers came right on time like Chris said they would. I was told the install would be done by 5pm , but it was completed by 2pm. Just 2 installers for the whole system. They were just as professional and courteous as Chris was. Highly recommend this company for ANY issues and I will be calling them back on future projects. Thank you Cool Guys. Chris did an outstanding job.

Reached out to Chris the owner of Cool Guys heating and Air. He scheduled me for the following morning but was able to fit me in the day I had reached out to him. He was at my place quickly and was able to diagnose the problem. The part was ordered and he was back when he said he would be the following morning to make the necessary part replacement. Chris is very friendly, polite and professional. Nice to find a trustworthy business. Give him a chance just like in did.

I reached out to Chris on a Saturday evening and by Sunday morning I had a text from him saying that he could come out Monday - I couldn't believe how quickly he responded! He was on time, friendly, and professional. He was very thorough in finding the issue and kept me informed of the progress and potential costs of repairs. My system was back up and running quickly and the cost was fair. He is now my official HVAC guy. I highly recommend!

Had an emergency AC repair in the middle of the day and cool Guys was all over it and had me back up with having to go get parts !! Then came back to do a full check up ! Great customer service!!

Chris was detail oriented, I appreciated he found and show me specific leakage locations inside of the evaporator coil and not just gave me a general answer like "you have a leak". He showed me where they were, gave me a couple recommendations. Very professional.
